I wanted brakes I was told they are good. I believe in pre maintenance. I schedule in 2 weeks to replace. My car was already parked outside when I was told. 2015 I never replaced my brakes 51,000 miles. An inconvenience to have to come back.

even though i received an email confirming my appoint from the service writer, when i arrived I was asked to sign a service agreement that would cost a minimum of $100.00. He was unaware of the complimentary service.

It was easy to schedule my appointment. When I arrived, there was a service representative standing there to direct me into the bay in order to take my information and then get me started. I waited for my vehicle in the waiting room and when it was done, my representative gave me my receipt, told me what the cost was and walked me over to the cashier.

The customer service was fine. The inspection of my vehicle was unprofessional. I told the service coordinator that my car died the day before and that my parking brake was acting up by coming on while the car was idle. They told me that everything woth the battery was good. My car stopped again today and I had to replace the battery. Im a single mother with a tight budget and timeline. This overlooking especially when i told them there was a problem is dangerous.

My car was dropped off to the dealership on Sunday. I was contacted Monday and informed they may not be checkout the car till Tuesday due to being backed up from the previous Thursday. They we low on mechanics and the person who was assigned my ticket would be on vacation starting Thursday. I was then contacted on Wednesday that the ticket has been reassigned to diagnose the problem. Thursday I was contacted with confusing information and a full overhaul of my car and was told if anything I wouldn't get the car back till Monday or Tuesday due the holiday. The information that was given based on the problem was incorrect. Through internet research I was able to diagnose the problem on my own and decided to come pick my vehicle up which resulted in just paying the diagnostic fee. Currently my car is still not working and that was a first and last experience at that Buick dealership.

I dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up on Tuesday. Apparently the service that was need was minor and there was no charge. I believe most dealership's service center would have found something to charge me for and I appreciated the honesty and the quick turn-around. Any further problems I may have with this vehicle, I will positively bring my car to Auto Nation.

Im being told that on a new truck 2022 which I didnt get til 2023. that it is normal for my truck for me to have to add oil once of mabe twice between oil changes. that what Ive been told . the other service mechanic told me that by switching oil that would possibly fix the problem but only when I persist to tell him that it wasn't a problem. They however our monitoring my oil consumption for the next 2000 miles to see if adding a quarter oil or more between oil changes is within the normal range of what I should be doing with a brand new truck so that's how my service visit wet not good. I've never had a vehicle, especially a new vehicle where I had an oriole a quart of oil every time between an all change in a dealership. Tell me that's normal.

It was easy scheduling an appointment and dropping off my car the night before. The technician reached out to let me know that received my vehicle and was working on it. The only issue I had is that your chatbot needs to be synced to recognize that the appointment was kept.
