Confirmed Sales Customer
The management team needs to retrain the finance person (Jake I believe) in customer service. I was very offended by his actions. To be honest if it wasn't for my sales consultant, i would have walked away from the deal. The management team at AutoNation Buick GMC needs to thank Lorenzo Dyson for my purchase, because after my interaction with the finance person (Jake) I was ready to spend my money elsewhere.
