Jerome was my service advisor. He has no business cards and gives me no way to contact him to see if my vehicle was done. After numerous phone calls I emailed Takesha Porter, and she got back to me, that my Buick Enclave was done. She actually drove it home to me. Takesha is an excellent employee. She cares about the customer.
