Confirmed Service Customer
It started off a little rocky because it took three days of calling to actually speak with someone. However, once I spoke to the nice young lady in Service (I believe her name is Kesha), she explained that the voicemail message I was leaving belonged to a person no longer employed there and that she would have Moses call me. After I spoke with Moses it was smooth sailing. I am happy with the service provided and the people in Service were very helpful.
